FORUM PA: an Event without comparison

Year after year, Forum PA confirms itself as the outstanding event for Italian Public Administrations and for all those companies helping the public system in its modernization process.
Every year more than 400 between central and local Public Administrations, functional autonomies, local governments and private companies, leaders in organizational and technological innovation, choose Forum PA as THE event to show the results achieved in terms of improvement of organization and services. .

FORUM PA: one Event, four showcases for innovation

The expo area: with its 420 exhibitors in 2006, this area gives a panorama of technological and management innovations for a "fast and near" public administration.
The congress section, with more than 170 meetings (in 2006) - comprising symposiums, seminars, round tables and workshops - is an occasion to exchange ideas and deepen frontier subjects about innovation.
Thanks to best practices, surveys and initiatives meant to spotlight excellence projects, FORUM PA becomes a showcase where administrations can display their achievements.
Media/Press: press clippings, getting richer and richer every year, prove the interest of the national and local media industry (RAI with its news programs, Radio Rai, Radio 24 etc.. as well as our great national newspapers) in the event and the ideas presented.

There's one more reason why you should take part in FORUM PA 2007: the new Fiera di Roma, a vanguard expo area that will allow us to arrange an event richer and more interesting than ever. The new spaces allow us to create new expo paths, new modes and new planning solutions to emphasize the presence of Administrations and private companies and make the access to the innovations presented easier for the public.

Year after year the Event grows: as far as its contents, the number of visitors and exhibitors, its media visibility and political acknowledgement are concerned.
The 2006 edition reached new goals showing Forum PA's commitment to promoting the image of a new public administration and how successful its communication strategy, accompanying administrations and exhibiting companies throughout the year, can be.
In the meantime, the number of people who followed, live or by surfing our website, the activity of FORUM PA 2006:

130.000 between real and virtual visitors in 5 days!
51.436 visitors (there were 51.754 in 2005)
81.210 people surfed our website www.forumpa.it during the 5 days of the 2006 edition (there had been 54.670 in 2005), visiting 696.761 web pages (511.400 in 2005).
174 meetings, comprising symposiums, seminars and workshops (143 in 2005)
1408 relations (1.278 in 2005) presented to 22.166 participants (there were 21.541 in 2005).
135 high school classes visited FORUM PA 2006, coming from 83 different institutes covering a total of 2.390 students (compared to 100 classes, 63 institutes and 1.500 students in 2005).
327.022 people surfing our website during the past 30 days and visiting 2.508.208 web pages (190.000 people in 2005 and a little less than 2 million pages)
about 103.000 people registered to our newsletters compared to a little less than 80.000 last year
and moreover... 1.238 general managers; 6.113 public managers and 5.076 managers of private companies; 94 mayors, 243 town councilors and many other decision makers took part in FORUM PA 2006.

Media Coverage

National, periodical and specialized press paid great attention to both the contents of the meetings and the projects presented at the Exhibition by local governments and public administrations that chose FORUM PA as excellence showcase for presenting their innovative achievements. FORUM PA is a mediatic event, as the strong coverage by broadcast media shows (RAI with its news programs, Radio Rai, Radio 24 etc...).
Interviews and live broadcast with its protagonists can be also found on the new communication channel of FORUM PA: the web tv of the event.

FORUM PA: a yearlong communication plan

FORUM PA 2007, that will place in May, 21^st to 25^th, at the new Fiera di Roma, offers its exhibitors many communication opportunities allowing:

private companies to present their range of solutions and technologies for the PA to a qualified public of decision makers.
local governments to present their projects and innovations in a context of high visibility towards citizens and great attention from the media.

FORUM PA's Commercial Direction and its staff are at the exhibitors' disposal to draft integrated communication plans able to give added value to their participation in the exhibition.
